- The process of obtaining is detailed on the Texas Real Estate Commission site: www.trec.state.tx.us
- Once you have finished your courses required by Texas Real Estate Commission, you must receive a copy of the course completion form issued by TREC
- Any College transcripts should be submitted
- TREC will reply with a form indicating you have completed your educational docs and can move to fingerprinting
- Obtain Fingerprints through the third party provider appointed
- You will be sent information regarding location as where to take the State Test
- You will be immediately given your results upon completion of test
